Dog By-Law
While pets are welcome in our Village, licences are required and irresponsible owners are subject to prosecution. Dogs running at large are subject to impoundment. For problems with stray pets, fill out a witness statement and drop it off at the Village office. If you are new to the Village or have a new dog you need to fill out an Owners Information form to get a dog licence.
Discharge of Firearms
It is illegal to discharge firearms, as described in the Criminal Code of Canada, within the corporate limits of Delburne.
