Dog By-Law
While pets are welcome in our Village, licences are required and irresponsible owners are subject to prosecution. Dogs running at large are subject to impoundment. For problems with stray pets, fill out a witness statement and drop it off at the Village office.
Discharge of Firearms
It is illegal to discharge firearms, as described in the Criminal Code of Canada, within the corporate limits of Delburne.

The School Resource Officer (SRO) pilot project for the Delburne, Elnora and Trochu schools began on the first day of the 2009/2010 school year. Submitted by Cst. Amanda Smyl.
Effective March 1, 2010, the dry dump/recycle depot will be open on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. The hours will remain the same. Winter hours are in effect, Tuesday 2:00pm.-5:00pm. and Saturday 9:00am.-1:00pm.
