Recycling Collection Day Information
Delburne's recycling curbside pick-up is every other Friday. The recycling pick-up schedule is listed in the Village Voice and on our events calendar at the link below:
Delburne Events Calendar
Please have materials out for pick-up by 7:00 am on collection day as pick-up will take place between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Will there be pick-up on a Friday that is a statutory holiday?
Yes, recycling pick-up will occur on a Friday that is a statutory holiday EXCEPT for Christmas Day.
Help keep our community clean. Items must be in a bin/container (with items tied up or weighed down) or in clear plastic bags. Please bundle or tie loose cardboard. Place light items at the bottom of a bin. Put paper items in a tied bag so they don't blow out.
We are out of recycling boxes at the Village office. If your recycling box is lost or stolen, please use a cardboard box or portable storage container. Recycling boxes can also be purchased at hardware and home renovation stores.
If you have a permanent box for your recycling, please have a sign that says "Recycling" to alert the collection company.
Please Note: The recycling company will only pick up recycling that is visible on the street. Only items that are recyclable will be picked up. Garbage and unrecyclable materials will be left at the curbside.
If by the end of pick-up day your recycling was not collected, please contact the Delburne Municipal office as soon as possible so that we can inform the recycling collection company.
