July 1st, Canada Day Celebrations

July 1st Canada Day Celebrations

Delburne's July 1st Canada Day festivities are a fun-filled Village wide event! Delburne's population explodes with people coming from surrounding communities and nearby vacation spots like Pine Lake, Content, Trenville, & Buffalo Lake!

It all kicks off at 8 am with a pancake breakfast at the Delburne Community Hall put on by the Delburne Elks. The July 1st Market in the Park, features local handcrafted items and food vendors in the Main Street Park.

A staple for Delburne's Canada Day celebrations is the parade at 11 am, hosted by the Delburne Elks. If you want to be in the parade, line up at the end of Main Street on 21st Avenue around 9:30 am as parade judging begins at 10 am. If you are here to watch the fun, make sure you bring your camping chair and get a spot early as it is a definite crowd pleaser. Join us for a colourful and exciting small town big Parade!

Delburne rolls out the prairie hospitality during its tractor pull, gymkhana, baseball games and children's activities.
