Proposed Bylaw #1154/2019 - Amendment to Land Use Bylaw #1108/2014
Proposed Bylaw #1154/2019, amendment to Land Use Bylaw 1108/2014, is to include in definitions of Public Recreation zoning. It passed first reading on April 27, 2021 and will go to a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the Delburne Community Hall at 7:00 pm.

Proposed Bylaw #1166/2020 – The Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw
Council is seeking further feedback from the public regarding proposed Bylaw #1166/2020, the Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw. The purpose of this Bylaw is to provide licensing, regulating, and confinement of dogs and cats within the Village of Delburne. Council chose to put forth this Bylaw after years of complaints of outdoor cats within the Village.
Bylaw #1166/2020 passed second reading on November 24, 2020 and then Council made the decision to hold off on a third reading until they could hold an Open House. Due to the Government of Alberta’s COVID-19 Enhanced Measures, we have been unable to schedule that Open House. Instead of keeping this Bylaw on hold, Council has decided to ask the public to provide their final feedback in writing regarding the proposed bylaw.
Written submissions must be received by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. They can be submitted by the following methods:
