Rental Fees

 
The Delburne Community Hall rental fees are outlined in The Fees & Charges Bylaw.
 
Daily Rental: 8:00 am - 2:00 am. Includes the use of commercial kitchen. $300.00 + GST
Daily Rental for Non-Profit Organizations $200.00 + GST

Half Day Rental (6 Hours Maximum)*

*The half day rental is for Non-Profit Organizations only!

$100.00 + GST

Meeting Rate: up to a maximum of 2 hours.

The intention of this rate is to provide a space to host a meeting. Rental is subject to availability.

$50.00 + GST
3 Day Event Package. Includes the bar for one day (as determined by renter's liquor license), the Hall & commercial kitchen for 3 days. $900.00 + GST

Kitchen rental: Use the kitchen and not the rest of the Hall.*

8:00 am to 6:00 pm

*Please note that if you only book the kitchen, the hall remains available for another renter.

$150.00 + GST
Use of BBQ: $50.00 with a full day rental of the Hall. Renter supplies the propane and must clean the BBQ when finished. $50.00 + GST
Portable Stage $100.00 + GST rental fee with a $500.00 damage deposit
Rental Deposit: *Must be paid to secure the date Half of total rental fee
Damage Deposit: cash or cheque returned after hall inspected Total amount of rental fee

Payment methods: 

  • Rental fees: Cash, cheque or debit.
    • If you would like to use a credit card, payments can be made through OptionPay with the assistance from Village staff. A 3% user fee is charged for credit card payments.
  • Damage Deposit: Cash or cheque only as this money will be returned to you once the hall is inspected.
