The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) can make decisions on applications for "Discretionary Uses," for applications requiring a variane or relaxation in excess of 10%, and for any applications that the Development Officer may refer to the MPC.
The MPC is comprised of 3 member of Council, the Chief Administrative Officer, and 2 members-at-large.
