2024 Property Assessments Mailed Out
Village of Delburne property owners will be soon be receiving their property assessment notices as they were mailed out on February 28, 2024. This year, the Village of Delburne Property Assessments and Tax Notices will be sent out separately rather than being combined. This action will assist in making the budget more accurate as the 60-day assessment appeal period will be over before Tax Notices are mailed out.

Assessment complaint forms can be obtained at the Village Office or downloaded online at www.municipalaffairs.alberta.ca/documents/as/LGS1402.pdf.
Please note that the deadline to file a complaint is May 5, 2024.
Council will set the 2024 tax rates in April and tax notices will be mailed out to property owners in mid-May. Property taxes are due by June 30, 2024. A 15% late penalty will be applied on July 1, 2024.
Any assessment complaints must be returned to the Village Office at 2111 20th St. or mailed to Village of Delburne, Box 341, Delburne, AB T0M 0V0. Office hours are Monday to Thursday – 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch) and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
