Bylaw No. 1194/2023 Defeated
After the Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 15th, Delburne Council unanimously opposed giving second reading to Bylaw No. 1194/2023, being an amendment to Land Use Bylaw No. 1190/2023, for the redesignation of Plan 8222072, Block 24, Lot 8 from Low Density Residential (R-1) to General Residential (R-2). Bylaw No. 1194/2023 has been defeated and the property will remain zoned as R-1.
