Tether Communications has provided an update about construction of the fiber optic network in Delburne.
Fiber Optic Network Construction Delayed to Late Summer/Early Fall
Dear Residents,
The Tether team would like to thank you for your continued cooperation in our efforts to bring Fiber Optic Internet to Delburne. In the spirit of transparency, we wish to keep you informed regarding the updated timeline of our project.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the construction and installation of the fiber optic cables have been delayed by a period of 4 weeks .
We are aiming for our crews to begin construction late summer/early fall. In the event that there are additional changes to the timeline of our project, we will be in continuous contact with the Village of Delburne and its residents.
We thank you for your patience as we continue in our pursuit to empower Albertan homes and businesses through fair and equal internet access.
