Fire Ban Order:
The Village of Delburne has issued a fire ban due to current dry conditions and lack of precipitation. All outdoor fires are prohibited until further notice. Current fires set with permission or under permit of the Village must be extinguished immediately.
This ban DOES NOT apply to fires which are contained within cooking and heating appliances and which are fueled by fluids, gases, or wood pellets. It also DOES NOT apply to fires contained within industrial facilities for operational purposes or propane fueled fire pits.
