Garbage & Recycling Curbside Pick-up
Beginning July 6th, garbage curbside pick-up will be collected by Environmental 360 Solutions which is the same contractor that does our recycling curbside pick-up.
Garbage collection will continue on Mondays and items should be placed outside before 7:00 am. Garbage must be in bags and placed inside a closed container. Please have patience as the truck drivers navigate Delburne’s garbage pick-up service route. If your items are not picked up by the end of collection day, please contact the Municipal Office so that we can log it and inform the contractor immediately.
Recycling curbside pick-up remains every other Friday morning. Items should be placed outside before 7:00 am. Please do not leave loose recyclables in a box. Help keep our community clean by containing your recyclables in bags or by bundling up the materials.
As of July 6th, recyclable items will no longer go to the landfill as per Environmental 360 Solutions COVID-19 Community Recycling Action Plan. This means that items put out for the Friday, July 17th recycling curbside pick-up will be properly sorted and prepared for future use as recycled material.
The recycling curbside pick-up schedule can be found on the Events Calendar on our website: www.delburne.ca/news-events/events-calendar
