Village of Delburne
Notice
is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter M-26 of the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, that Council of the Village of Delburne has given first reading to Bylaw #1165/2020 which is a Borrowing Bylaw for Fiber Optics Network.
A Public Hearing regarding proposed Bylaw #1165/2020 will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2020 in the Delburne Community Hall at 7:00 p.m. Any person who claims to be affected prejudicially by the proposed Bylaw, or that person’s agent, shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard by Council at a Public Hearing. Written submissions are also acceptable if received by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. They can be submitted by the following methods:
