Village of Delburne
Notice
is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter M-26 of the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, that Council of the Village of Delburne has given first reading to Bylaw #1164/2020 for amendment to Land Use Bylaw 1108 to include definitions for the Land Use District where Cannabis Retail Stores can be located as well as times of operation.
A Public Hearing regarding proposed Bylaw #1164/2020 will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in the Delburne Community Hall at 7:00 p.m. Any person who claims to be affected prejudicially by the proposed Bylaw, or that person’s agent, shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard by Council at a Public Hearing. Written submissions are also acceptable if received by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. They can be submitted by the following methods:
