Village of Delburne
Notice
is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter M-26 of the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, that Council of the Village of Delburne has given first reading to Bylaw #1190/2023 which consolidates all of the Land Use Bylaw amendments since August, 2014.
A Public Hearing regarding proposed Bylaw #1190/2023 will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Delburne Village Office at 7:00 p.m. Any person who claims to be affected prejudicially by the proposed Bylaw, or that person’s agent, shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard by Council at a Public Hearing. Written submissions are also acceptable if received by 4:30 PM on Monday, May 8, 2023. They can be submitted by the following methods:
