
Village of Delburne – Request for Proposals
Video Production Services
The Village of Delburne is requesting proposals from professional video production vendors to conceptualize and produce promotional videos for the municipality. This project would include producing a three-minute video and one-minute video highlighting Delburne with the intention of attracting investment into the community.
Located 50 km east of Red Deer, the Village of Delburne outpaces most other small municipalities with its innovative and aspirational vision for the community with past projects such as a fiber optic network and Medical Centre. The successful vendor will provide subject matter research, creative conceptualization, narrative storytelling techniques, scripting, videography, animation, music selection, voiceovers, editing, and pre and post production. The services will also include capturing “B” Roll, drone footage, and the editing of any existing footage.
The videos and the components captured or created for the video will become the sole and exclusive property of the Village of Delburne.
It will be the responsibility of the awarded vendor to cover their own costs for travel, meals, and accommodation.
The proposal must include the following:
· A quote for the total cost of services.
· An estimated production timeline.
· A demo reel of previous work which may be provided digitally through a website link.
All questions are to be posed in writing, through email to Melanie Timms, Executive Assistant, , no later than Wednesday, April 10, 2024, so that questions and responses can be sent to all bidders by the next day.
Request for Proposals must be received at the Village Office by Monday, April 15th, no later than 4:30 PM.
