2025 Assessment Notices
Notice pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Section 311 (1), being Chapter M26, RSA 2000 as amended, is hereby given with respect to the 2025 Assessment Notices. The Village of Delburne has mailed Assessment Notices to all persons appearing on the Assessment Roll as of March 4, 2025.
Any person who desires to object to the entry of his/her name or that of any other person upon the said roll or to the assessed value placed upon any property must lodge his/her complaint(s) in writing and submit to the Chief Administrative Officer on or before May 9, 2025.
In accordance with the Municipal Government Act and the Village of Delburne Fees and Charges Bylaw, a charge is required for each assessment appeal. The fee is refundable if the Assessment Review Board makes a decision in the favour of the complainant, pursuant to section 481(2) of the Municipal Government Act. The Board may refund fees to other complainants at their discretion.
All assessed persons are deemed to have received their notice as a result of this publication. If you have not received an assessment notice for property you own in the Village of Delburne, please contact the Village Office at 403-749-3606.
Assessment complaints must be filed within 60 days from the date of mailing of notice and must be filed using the Government of Alberta “Assessment Review Complaint Form” (number LGS1402) available by contacting the Municipal Office at 403.749.3606 or by going online to:
