Thank you for participating in the Red Heart Campaign!
The Delburne Red Heart Campaign was created/launched on March 23, 2020. Who knew sharing community spirit would spread not only through our community but regionally, nationally and even internationally? The response has been both heartwarming and overwhelming! COVID-19 has changed our lives forever.
Thank you for supporting this campaign and adorning your windows/yards with Red Hearts.
As we move into the second stage of the relaunch strategy this may be the opportune time to change our focus from the Red Hearts on our windows to Canadian Flags.
We are excited to announce the Canada Day Flag Competition. You are invited create/recreate our iconic our national flag and win a Backyard BBQ Package!
Delburne may have cancelled their Canada Day celebrations but we can still show our pride.

Little Free Library - Village Office
The Little Free Library that is in front of the Village Office was converted to an Information Centre for the last 2 months. It has now been returned to a library. Check out the new books and there even is a couple of jigsaw puzzles. Help yourself!
Snow Angel Program
This program runs during the winter months.
Little Free Libraries
Little Free Libraries is a community book exchange where someone can take a free book to borrow or they can leave a book of their own to lend to others.
Note: this is NOT the Public Library! If you have borrowed books from the Delburne Municipal Library, you must return the books to them.
FCSS started the Little Free Libraries program in Delburne with two boxes. FCSS encourages community members to build their own Little Free LIbrary to help expand the book sharing initiative.
There are now 3 Little Free Libraries in Delburne!
- In front of the Village office - 2111 20th Street
- Between Elk Haven and the United Church on the North side of 20th Street.
- On 23rd Avenue - South of 20th Street.
If you have built your own Little Free Library to share with the community, please contact Carol at FCSS to get your information added to the list of Little Free Libraries in Delburne.
